Yachtvara pricing is based on brokerage size, broker seats, and workflow needs. Starter is designed for independent brokers, Pro supports small teams, and Brokerage is customized for larger operations.

Does pricing include inventory access?

Plans include access to Yachtvara’s curated yacht catalog. Availability and rates must still be confirmed with the central agent, operator, or listing source.

Can I create client proposals on every plan?

Free accounts can create one private draft trip. Publishing and sharing client-ready proposal links requires a paid plan.

Does Yachtvara guarantee live yacht availability?

No. Yachtvara helps brokers search yachts and track availability follow-up, but availability must be confirmed before client commitment.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Customers can start with the plan that fits their current workflow and upgrade as their brokerage usage grows.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yachtvara subscriptions are billed monthly at launch. Annual billing is not currently available.
